The hotel was incredible and fairly clean. It had good wi-fi. Its location was magnificent on a high mountain. The staff were wonderful people. The room was very comfortable with a neat bed. We had the most superb few days there. 

The hotel had always welcoming personnel. The property's location was marvelous, on a hilly area. It was near to the Alharam Masjid and hill.

Great location just next door to al haram- masjid as well as the HOLY MOSQUE in a very quiet area. Comfy room plus climate control, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

Beds were very small.

The staff were super friendly and the hotel comfort was mind-blowing. The available facilities were top-notch, including the jaw-dropping transportation to AL HARAM and vice versa. The service was excellent, with a shuttle-bus available every hour
